15 Current Technologies A Child Born Today Will Never Use
Having seen what happened with grandchildren 15 years apart learning how to use a mouse (younger generation has grown up with touch screens) I’m interested by this list of taken-for-granted technologies that are likely to disappear by the time some of those kids are grown. The implications for education are major as we prepare teachers who will need to evolve their approaches to working with new technologies.

Some echoes of the deep-play approach proposed by Mishra, Koehler & colleagues in this paper. Plenty of food for thought about playful approaches to developing technology skills and the creativity to apply them in different contexts.
