Jarche cites Jonassen: “Every amateur epistemologist knows that knowledge cannot be managed. Education has always assumed that knowledge can be transferred and that we can carefully control the process through education. That is a grand illusion.” He argues that knowledge management should support personal knowledge management (PLN) and that we are responsible for our own learning and for sharing our knowledge. How do we shift organisational culture to build that into our ways of working?
