This looks interesting. Upload a file (seems to support lots of common formats) and annotate it within the browser. It should have potential for collaboration and might have some uses in classes but I'll need to think about exactly how.
The front page has a brief summary of findings from the report which requires (free) registration for download. Web 2.0 is clearly on the rise in schools and we need to be preparing teachers to work with appropriate tools.
