I’m thinking seriously about curation as an element of EDP4130 when I redesign it. Previously we have had students engage in collaborative development of curriculum materials but, with the volume of such material now available on the open web, the need for that sort of development from an empty page is less and less. Curation – locating, organising, adapting – may be a more useful approach to equipping beginning teachers for curriculum planning.
